However, we can still provide telemedicine services. Prymak Veterinary Care Online aims to provide an expert veterinary service which is available direct to the pet owner.  This direct route to an expert can guide you on diagnostic findings, treatment options and informed outcomes helping you decide on the best treatment plan for your feline or canine companion.

How does the process work?

First – you submit basic details requesting a call back.

Second – we’ll give you a call, and see if we can help you and your pet.

Third – you pay £165 + VAT for a consultation with an approved expert.
